Hello everyone.
Nice to meet you.
I’m Stephen from Australia.
I have been an instructor at the Japan Hotel School for a few years now.
I have a background in Food and Beverage and Hotel work for more than 15 years working in almost all Hotel departments.
I enjoy instructing about the Hotel industry and hope to help the next generation of Hoteliers.

はじめまして。
オーストラリア出身のスティーブンです。
数年前から日本ホテルスクールの講師をしています。
15年以上飲食とホテルの仕事に携わり、ほぼ全ての部門で働いてきました。
ホテル業界についての指導はとても楽しく、次世代のホテリエたちのお手伝いができればよいと思っています。
皆さんにお会いできるのを楽しみにしています。

Dear Current Students,
It has been my pleasure to Instruct you so far,
You have all improved your English ability greatly since your first class and have learned well about many aspects of the Hotel Industry.
Through these English classes, the hope is you will be able to use a lot of what you have learned to help you further and improve your chances for employment and great success in the future within the Hotel Industry.
Always keep sight of your goals and never give up on your dreams. Good luck to you all and continue to study hard.
